The Energy Upgrade improves machine efficiency, reducing how much energy is needed for work. It's perfect when your factory is running fast and your generators are struggling to keep up.

Where It Works​

Energy Upgrade is a machine slot upgrade used in most powered UtilityCraft machines that support upgrades.

It does not work as a direct right-click upgrade on transport blocks.

Practical Effect​

  • Reduces effective energy consumption while the machine runs.
  • Becomes even more important when stacking Speed Upgrades.

💡 Best combo for late game: Speed Upgrade + Energy Upgrade.

Efficiency Notes​

  • Total Energy levels are capped at 8.
  • Higher levels progressively reduce the real energy cost multiplier.
  • The efficiency formula is applied dynamically by the machine core.

For players: just remember more Energy Upgrades = cheaper operation per cycle.
