Thermo Generator

The Thermo Generator produces Dorios Energy (DE) when placed above a heat source such as lava, magma blocks, or fire.
It operates passively without direct fuel input, requiring only water for cooling.
This generator is ideal for stable setups, as it combines passive heat-based generation with automatic cooling management.
Energy & Storage Capacities
Tier | Rate (DE/t) | Energy Capacity | Water Capacity | Water Usage |
---|---|---|---|---|
Basic | 20 DE/t | 32,000 DE | 2,000 mB | 0.5 mB/t |
Advanced | 80 DE/t | 128,000 DE | 8,000 mB | 2 mB/t |
Expert | 320 DE/t | 512,000 DE | 32,000 mB | 8 mB/t |
Ultimate | 2,000 DE/t | 3,200,000 DE | 200,000 mB | 50 mB/t |
Supported Heat Sources & Output
Heat Source | Energy Multiplier |
---|---|
Lava | x1.00 |
Magma Block | x0.75 |
Fire | x0.50 |
Feeding Water to the Thermo Generator
The Thermo Generator consumes water to prevent overheating and maintain stable operation.
Manual Interaction
Use a Water Bucket to manually fill the generator — ideal for quick setups or testing.
Fluid Transport Systems
You can automate water input using Fluid Pumps or Fluid Extractors connected with Fluid Pipes.
- Fluid Pump: The fastest and most efficient method.
Can draw water from a Sink, Fluid Tank, or even source blocks. - Fluid Extractors: Slower but more flexible — multiple units can supply water steadily.
Thermo Generator UI
The Thermo Generator interface displays its stored energy, water level, and operational status.
It updates in real time depending on the available water and the heat source below.
If either requirement is missing, the generator will pause until conditions are restored.
